HR or L&D selects a simulation from the library and assigns it to one or more leaders by email. Takes two minutes. The leader receives a link — no new login, no app to install. Scenarios can be assigned individually or to an entire cohort at once.
The leader reads a scenario briefing document — the context, the stakes, the characters involved. Then they engage with the AI conversation partner. Response is delivered in free text or voice. The system adapts to what they actually say, not a scripted branching path.
The system scores the response on all 12 leadership dimensions mid-session. Leaders can see their scoring trajectory as the conversation progresses — not afterward, during. This creates the pressure of real feedback in a zero-stakes environment.
