The platform, explained.
Three interconnected systems — Scenario Engine, Scoring Framework, Micro-Drill Library — that run as a continuous development loop.
The Scenario Engine
23 simulation types spanning board pressure, peer negotiation, team crisis, and difficult personnel decisions. Each scenario is delivered by an AI conversation partner that adapts to the leader's response style — not a static script, but a dynamic interaction that responds to what they actually say.
Scenarios are built with input from CFOs, CHROs, and former board members. Every situation reflects a real leadership conversation your VPs will face, delivered in a private environment where the stakes are zero but the practice is real.
"Your Q3 missed by eleven percent. The CFO is behind you. Two board members are waiting for an answer. What's your plan for Q4, and why should we believe this won't happen again?"
The Scoring Framework
Every response is scored across 12 distinct leadership dimensions — not summarized, not qualitatively described, but quantified. The score shows you exactly which dimensions are strong and which need work, not a holistic impression.
Micro-Drill Library
After each simulation, one targeted drill is assigned — matched to the leader's lowest-scoring dimension. Not a reading list. Not a webinar. A specific 8–15 minute practice exercise built for that gap.
Practice delivering a decision rationale in under 60 seconds under a time constraint. Builds the ability to communicate clearly when you have almost no runway.
Rewrite three common deflection patterns into ownership statements. Repeated until the instinct to explain-first is replaced with own-first.
Respond to three increasingly aggressive follow-up questions without raising your register or becoming defensive. Scored on tone, pacing, and non-escalation.
Works with your stack
Coachvyne runs in a standard web browser, assigns scenarios via email link, and exports full 12-dimension score reports as CSV. Leaders need no account to access their simulation — only HR needs a dashboard login. No implementation project. No IT ticket.
