No — and it's not designed to. Coachvyne doesn't replace your executive coach. A skilled human coach does things simulation cannot: they observe patterns across months, they bring lived experience to ambiguous situations, they challenge assumptions in ways that require real relationship. What Coachvyne addresses is the gap that coaching doesn't touch — the directors and VPs who get no personalized development at all. Most customers run both: coaching for the two or three executives who have a coach, and Coachvyne for the 20 leaders below them who don't.

Leaders receive a direct email link to each assigned simulation. They run it in a standard web browser — desktop or mobile. No app to install, no account required on their end. HR manages assignments from the dashboard.

Simulation responses and scores are stored securely and accessible only to your organization's admin account. We do not use individual response content to train models or share it with other customers. Enterprise customers can request a full data processing agreement and security review.
