Call transcript processing was delayed by up to 3 hours due to increased queue depth following a spike in concurrent Zoom webhook deliveries. Customers were notified via email and Slack. Root cause was insufficient auto-scaling threshold in the processing queue. Threshold has since been updated. No data loss.
